News on Cranwood House

This is a link to the council's May Update 2023sent to residents close to the 100 Woodside Avenue site, updating them on upcoming site investigations.

This update explains that the council's contractor, Formation Design and Build Ltd, will shortly be undertaking the site investigations (advised of in the Spring Update) required to be completed and approved as part of the planning conditions before construction work can start on the new homes at 100 Woodside Avenue.

The update also notes that, before construction does commence, the council will be sending out a newsletter to residents with more details about the works, contact details, and invites to face-to-face and online 'meet the contractor' events, and maintaining this dedicated project website.
