Our Spring 2024 newsletter provides an update for residents around our 100 Woodside Avenue site about the construction work to build the new homes.
As we advised in our last newsletter, Formation Design and Build Ltd, the contractor we are employing to build the new homes, has been preparing the site for the next stage of the construction work, which includes digging the foundations for the new homes.
Over the next few weeks, more surveys of the site will be carried out, along with some work on pipework running under the site (this work will not affect any surrounding properties). We expect that the foundations for the new homes, which will result in an increase in construction activity, to be laid during the summer.
We will be informing residents around the site before any of this more intensive construction work begins.
