Haringey Council has issued (16/08/22) a letter updating residents on its plans for the redevelopment of the site of the former Cranwood House care home, as part of our ambitious programme to deliver a new generation of council homes for local residents.
The Council is preparing to commence work on the construction of 41 new homes, including 32 homes at council rent, on the site of the former, now vacant, Cranwood House care home building.
The letter provides details of what is planned for the site, how residents' feedback has helped shape the final plans, and lays out the projected timeline for the works on site.
